Korea is one of the most dynamic and safest meeting destinations for international events as exemplified by its successful staging of the 1988 Summer Olympic and the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Excellent facilities and the natural beauty combined with its 5000-year historical heritage will make Seoul, Korea an attractive place to visit where an old and new coexist in harmony.
The congress venue is the National Cancer Center (NCC), a government-funded institution in Korea, first opened in March 2000, consisting of a cancer hospital, a research institute, and a national cancer control institute. NCC has been playing an essential role as the national headquarters in the fight against cancer by conducting world-class research, providing medical care, education and training, and supporting national cancer control programs.
I am looking forward to meeting you in Seoul on November 3-5, 2011. With your active participation and support, this event will be a great success. I assure you that this congress will be academically enriching, socially enjoyable, and a truly memorable experience for all delegates and accompanying persons.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,

Jin Soo Lee, M.D., Ph.D.
